Teacher Juliet understands the hardships that many of the children at Hope Community School face. Born and raised in Ndola, her studies were interrupted when both of her parents passed away when she was in high school. She knew that she had a gift for teaching and working with children, though and she wanted to share this gift with the children who needed it the most. With the help of the Spark-Hope partnership, she was able to continue her studies and has become a strong and effective teacher to the Grade 2 students. With seven children of her own, a number of whom attend Hope Community School, she know the importance of a quality education for all children.
