Spark hosts multiple events throughout the year to raise awareness of the challenges facing children around the world and to promote the innovative work of Spark Ventures. These events are an opportunity to learn more about Spark’s partnership work, meet other individuals with similar motives, and raise funds to help Spark's goal of lifting vulnerable children out of poverty around the world.

Regional Tour - Washington DC: Thursday, May 23rd - 7pm

Do you live near DC? Join us Thursday, May 23rd, for a Young Professionals of Spark dinner at the home of a Spark supporter. Founder and CEO, Rich Johnson, will join us to discuss Spark’s partnership model, vision for the future, and to share opportunities to get involved.

Spark Happy Hour: Tuesday, June 4th - 5:30-7:30pm

Come celebrate Summer with Spark!

We’re hosting a Happy Hour on Tuesday, June 4th at Citizen Bar to reconnect with all our Spark friends before everyone embarks on their summer adventures. Grab a drink with us from 5:30 to 7:30, we'll provide the snacks.

Join us for an exciting and intimate evening as Spark Ventures hosts its first regional event in New York City, Tuesday, June 18, from 7-9pm at the home of a Spark supporter.

Partnership Trips (July, October)

Spark Ventures offers several unparalleled volunteer opportunities to travel to our two partnering organizations in Zambia and Nicaragua. The upcoming trip dates for Zambia are July 2013 and Nicaragua are October 2013.
